Ralph N. Liberio is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the NCB group of companies. NCB Management Services, Inc. is a national full-service Accounts Receivable Management and Business Process Outsourcing solutions organization who has been successfully providing recovery and call center solutions to major financial institutions, commercial clients, debt buyers, and a number of businesses in a wide array of industries since 1994.
Since joining NCB in 1995 and prior to his current position, Ralph has held several key management positions where he was responsible for the development and implementation of company-wide performance management methods along with the creation of custom work standards, policies and procedures.
In his current position of COO, Ralph has overall responsibility for the direction, management, and performance of all NCB’s call center operations. In this role, he is accountable for the supervision and management of all support functions for Agency Management including: Collections Operations, Client Service, Information Technology, Programming and System Development, Performance Management, Sales & Marketing, and Back Office Operations. In this role, Ralph continues to strategically plan and drive consistent staff performance. He anticipates and recognizes the need for employee coaching and implements principles that continue to facilitate portfolio performance and client satisfaction. Currently, Ralph is responsible for several hundred employees across all three call centers located in Trevose, PA, Jacksonville, FL and Sioux Falls, SD.
Ralph graduated Summa Cum Laude from Cabrini College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management & Finance.
