NCB SMS Terms of Service
By opting into our SMS Terms of Service, you consent to receive SMS messages from NCB,
our agents, representatives, employees, affiliates, or anyone texting on our behalf. You certify, represent
and warrant that you are permitted to receive communications at any telephone number you have provided to the
creditor of your account, to a prior debt collector or servicer, or to NCB. You further agree to promptly alert
NCB in the event you stop using a particular telephone number.
You give NCB permission to send account related text messages, such as payment reminders,
resolution options, and other account information to the cell phone number on file. Text messages may contain a
hyperlink to an individualized page in our self-service portal about your account. You agree to inform NCB of
any shared telephone number in which you do not consent to messages being sent.
Message and data rates may apply. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan,
please contact your wireless provider.
You can choose to opt-out of SMS at any time by replying "STOP" to any SMS, by emailing
"stop texting me" or something similar along with the phone number we are texting and your NCB account number to
info@ncbi.com, or by calling our office at 1-800-828-1110 and informing a customer engagement agent that you want
to opt-out of SMS.

We are required under state law to notify consumers of the following rights.
This list does not contain a complete list of the rights consumer have under state and federal law.
This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose.
This is a communication from a debt collector.
We previously sent correspondence to you advising you advising you of important rights.
Any other communication that you have with us does not in any way affect your right of dispute this debt or make a written request for validation of
this debt within the time frame stated in that correspondence.

Text Messaging Service Agreement
Terms and Conditions
NCB Management Service, Inc. (NCB) is a licensed collection agency and debt buyer. For purposes of this agreement and text message communications we
will always refer to our company as NCB. By using the NCB Text Message Service you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Mobile Phone Ownership and Mobile Number: BY participating in NCB’s text message service, you are confirming that you are the subscriber and/or
primary or authorized user of the mobile phone number. You and not other person will use this mobile phone to communicate about your account(s).
You also understand that to the extent you allow others to use this mobile phone, it is possible that you will allow those individuals to view text message from NCB.
Throughout this agreement the word “you” includes the person associated with the mobile phone number you use to participate in this text message service.
If you delete your text message history, you may lose information about this text message service. To access the Terms and Conditions you can go to

NCB is a third-party debt collector and offers this text message service to you in connection with the collection of debt.
This is a voluntary service you may stop at any time by opting out as described below
Text Message Service Termination Procedure: NCB generally does not have the ability to opt you out from this text message service without your
participation. To terminate participation or to opt-out, you need to provide notice that you wish to opt out, which can be done, for example, by responding to NCB’s
text message with a message such as text the word STOP, END, QUIT, STOPNOW, CANCEL, QUITNOW, UNSUBSCRIBE, REMOVE, OPTOUT, OPT OUT, PARA, PARAR, ARRET, DETENER, CANCELAR,
ALTA, DETENGANSE, REVOKE, etc. You can also opt-out by calling us at 1-800-828-1110 or by sending a notice to NCB Management Services, Inc. One Allied Drive Trevose, PA 19053.
Opting out from NCB’s text message service will not revoke or cancel other types of permissions you have granted to NCB. Once opt-out is received,
no additional text messages will be sent about this account unless you voluntarily opt-in again to this text message service.
Accounts Subscribed: This text message service allows you and NCB to communicate about any account(s) associated with the mobile phone number you use to
participate and placed with us for collection now or in the future (“Accounts Subscribed”). Accounts Subscribed placed with us for collection by more than one of our Clients may
be excluded form this text message service and Accounts Subscribed placed with us that are closed, inactive, subject to a cease communication or otherwise prohibited from collection
activity may be excluded from this text message service.
Consent: By using this text message service, you consent to participate in NCB’s text message service and understand and agree:
1. NCB may sent limited types of text messages to you about Accounts Subscribed to this service as described below in Company Initiated Text Message Service; |
2. You may obtain information about your Accounts Subscribed by texting key words to NCB; |
3. When you text a Key Word to NCB you consent to receive an immediate text message response to be sent to you from NCB’s text message service regardless of the time of day,
day of week or frequency of communications; and |
4. Text messages sent to you by NCB may appear on the face of your mobile phone or device and you will manage the settings associated with how text messages are displayed
on your phone or device to protect your confidential information. |
Translation of Abbreviations: NCB’s text messages may use abbreviations when communicating with you.
Please refer to the abbreviation translation list or contact NCB if you have questions or need assistance.

Automated Responses: There may be instances when NCB is unable to interpret or respond to your key word request.
These instances include but are not limited to:
Submissions of Unrecognized Text: NCB may ask you to call us if we have questions associated with your text message request.
Example of this may include but are not limited to, notice of bankruptcy filing, request to cease and desist, notice of attorney representation, complaint
and disputed, misspelled terms or words; terms or words not identified by this agreement.
Cost and Charges: NCB does not have separate charge of this text message service; however, message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
Subject to the terms and conditions of your mobile carrier, you may receive text messages sent to your mobile phone.
Participation in this text message service is standard rated (no premium content). Data and Message Rates may apply.
Your Privacy: NCB is committed to building user trust and confidence by promoting and complying with the use of business practices

NCB’s Right to Terminate: NCB reserves the right to terminate this text message service, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.
The information in any message may be subject tot certain time lags and/or delays.
Agreement: This Terms and Conditions section is an agreement between you and NCI which explains some of your important rights under the law,
how the text message service works, how fees and data rates may apply, how you may access information, when we may initiate text messages to the mobile phone number used
to subscribe, your agreement to receive text message and other important features associated with the text message service. By using the NCB’s Text Message Service you
agree to the Terms and Conditions stated above.
