Does NCB Management Services, Inc. report to credit bureau reports?

Yes, NCB Management Services, Inc. does report to credit bureaus. However, NCB Management Services, Inc. will not report your account to the credit bureaus for a period of 35 days following the issuance of our initial notice letter. If during that time you make a payment and continue making payments on your account until it is resolved, we will never report to the credit reporting agencies.

 

Will NCB Management Services, Inc. remove the account from my credit reports after it has been resolved?

Your account will be considered paid-in-full or paid-in-full for less than the full balance after your final payment is successfully posted. Within approximately 30 days of your final payment successfully posting, we will request that the credit reporting agencies delete our tradeline related to your account from your credit bureau report. We cannot control the timing within which the credit reporting agencies process our request, but it typically takes up to 45 days after payment for the tradeline deletion request to be processed.

NCB Management Services, Inc. is required to delete the reporting of its tradeline seven years after the original date of delinquency, regardless of paid status.

What impact does a deleted tradeline have on my credit report?

We cannot advise you on what impact this will have on your credit report. Please contact the credit reporting agencies directly with questions about your credit report.
